Victor Ramanan is a Sri Lankan born British National residing in London. Being educated in Sri Lanka and the UK, Victor is a B.Sc.Graduate and holds a Diploma in Software Engineering, Business Admin & Sales Techniques (UK). He is a versatile marketer and administrator with more than 30 years of hands-on experience working in many countries including the United Kingdom, Kuwait, Dubai, Bahrain, Germany, France, USA, and Sri Lanka. He has worked in areas such as IT, HR, Marketing and Business Development of which more than 17 years has been in the fields of Oil, Gas, Logistics and the Real Estate sectors.

Mrs. Arunodani Wickramasinghe holds a B. Sc. Accountancy (Special) Degree 2nd Class Upper Division from University of Sri Jayewardenepura and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka. She is also a holder of a Fellow Member of Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka and a Fellow Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka.

She has gained working experience from BDO Burah Hathy, Chartered Accountants, during the period 2003 to 2007 and worked as an Independent Non-Executive Director at Sinhaputhra Finance PLC, Kandy from 2020 to 2022. Currently Mrs. Wickramasinghe serves as a Director of Samson Rubber Products (Pvt) Ltd which is a Manufacturing and Export Oriented Organization, where she joined as an Accountant in 2007 and promoted as Finance Manager, Deputy General Manager, General Manager and presently working as an Executive Director. She possesses post qualified Managerial Experience of 16 years relating to Finance and Sales.

Mr. Maheen Priyantha was appointed to the Board of Lanka Credit and Business Finance Limited in May 2018. With 25 years of working experience in the marketing field, he is currently serving as the Managing Director and Chairman of Maweli Credit and Investment (Pvt) Ltd. In addition to that, he is also serving as a Director in the Board of Directors of Singhe Capital Investment Limited.

Mr. Maheen holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management from the National Institute of Business Management (NIBM) Sri Lanka.

Mrs. Deepani Bandara possesses over 23 years professional experience as a practicing Attorney-at –law, specializing in commercial and financial services industry.

She has obtained the Bachelor of Law degree in September 1997 and admitted to the

Bar as an attorney –at – law in December 1999. She practices as notary public in both Sinhala and English Language and works as a Registered Company Secretory since August 2005.

Her professional career started in year 1999 as a practicing lawyer at Kandy Bar. She started her corporate career as Manager Legal & HR at Indra Traders (Pvt) Ltd. She has worked at Sinhaputhra Finance PLC as Assistant General Manager – Legal and currently serving as a Panel lawyer at CBC Finance PLC- Kandy. Also, practicing at Freelance lawyer at Kandy Bar.

Mr. Chandika Weerakooon has 28 years’ experience in Banking, Finance and Administration out of which 22 years are post qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, out of last 08 Years was also as an Attorney – At – Law, Furthermore he has  held the positions in the “C Suite” (mainly CFO,CRO & CEO) positions in Finance Industry.

Prior to joining Nation Lanka Finance PLC, he served as CEO at Sinhaputhra Finance PLC (SF). Prior to joining SF, he was the DGM / CFO and CRO at Serendib Finance PLC. Furthermore, He also held the position of Senior Manager Finance and CFO at Commercial Credit Limited. Moreover, He has held Position of Finance Controller, Consultant and Project Accountant at Apparel Sector as well.  

He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA), Fellow Member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants – UK (ACCA), Fellow member of the Institute of Cost  and Management Accountants of Sri Lanka, An Attorney – At – Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka and holds a Master of Business Administration from London Metropolitan University and Graduated in Bachelor of Law Degree from the Open University of Sri Lanka.
